It has a few useful functions. One of my favorite mods. If you think the iron sights are too buggy, you can use a mod that replaces the animation with the Fallout 3 style zoom-in aiming.

I appreciate the effort he put into the mod but that doesn't mean that i should praise his mod. I personally myself don't like his animation pack. I prefer Hitman's animation.
