Web24 sep. 2010 · I just wanted to add that the lady behind the cheese counter also said they use a hi quality mayo, she said Hellman’s. 50-50 is a lot of mayo though. I just made some and used 2 cups (packed kinda tightly) of cheese and 1 3/4 cups of mayo.
