For 38 years it served as a hotel and conference centre for the National Union of Teachers, and in 2016 it was leased to a hotel and wedding venue operator. The estate remains with Turnor descendants. WebThe estate passed to the Rochfords in the 15th century, from whence comes the name of the estate, and to the Coneys in the 16th century.
